Very spacious and comfortable room

Great location to the Airport and Udvar-Hazy center. Well maintained, all amenities offered were in working order. Staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast offered many choices and was well stocked and maintained. We found the placement of the sink outside the bathroom to be a little odd but clean and in working order. Absolutely a personal preference but the pillows were a feather style and gave no support. I don’t know if that is standard across Hampton, but for us it was a little rough. Check out was a breeze and there was plenty of parking.

Staff was very helpful, especially the shuttle driver.

The property includes the items that I have come to expect from a Hampton Inn. The room was spacious and attractively decorated with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom looked like it had been renovated recently. The breakfast buffet was above average for the industry. The airport shuttle arrived quickly. I don’t know why I had so much trouble calling the property for the shuttle pickup. It took 3 calls before someone answered and even then I was put on hold. My arrival was after 9PM .

Great place to stay

Clean well kept property, but the hotel listing does not tell you it may be a little over a mile to the airport property…. It’s a deceiving claim. To take their shuttle or ride share from arrivals (which they will send after you call ) it’s around 8 miles or so. Depending on the time of day or night with traffic it could take 15 to 25 minutes… So when you call the airport shuttle and are directed to wait at curb 2 for pick up , be prepared to wait.. You will see the other hotel shuttles that are within a mile or so rotate through a couple of times before the Hampton one arrives . It’s my only negative comment. The property is immaculate the shuttle was new and check in and out was efficient.. simply allow for extra time to get to and from the terminal especially during traffic rush hours.

Everything was good

We arrived after 1am and had to bang on the door. Also ran out of coffee at breakfast but was refilled later. Room was comfy and clean. Nice and quiet.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great and there was always someone available to replenish items as needed. I never had an issue finding parking during my stay. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be back!
