When i pulled up, I considered going online to find another hotel. But I looked at the policy and it was non-refundable since we were late getting there. So we gave it a try. Front desk staff was nice. Checkin was easy. Based on the condition of everything outside, I was prepared to say hell no when i went in the room, but was pleasantly surprised. it smelled like cleaning supplies. Beds were clean and comfortable. Pillows a little wonky. It was usable. The bathroom door didn't fit, so the top sticks out if you pull really hard to close it. The bathroom sink is barely hanging on below the countertop. It's only a matter of time, before it just falls off. The shower is missing grout in many spots, but it's not dirty. If they don't fix it, there will be serious problems in the future. The caulk looks like they caulked over the old stuff DIY style from someone who didn't know what they were doing. After getting uber rides to and from the hotel, i regret staying at this hotel. When i checked rates there were about $15. Then in the morning the rate was $35. For the extra $50 I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel with a shuttle

The room was poorly maintained. I got stuck in the elevator. The ice machine looked like rats lived in it

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed! In fact, it’s not even a hotel. It’s just a motel. Do not book!!!

The staff is so so nice so I hate that I’m writing this BUT for families with small kids and kids in general, they need to know The door was fallen off the hinge, I could stick my whole finger through the top which led to crickets and roaches coming into the room overnight it was terrible The elevator I KNOW hasn’t been inspected because it sounds like a cable is about to snap and can’t hold weight. Even the cleaning staff was taking the stairs which was telling. The carts to bring your stuff to your room are broken they don’t push correctly. The ac doesn’t cool mostly blows damp air and the windows are so thin it sounds like they’re open.

The room is very dirty, dirty hand prints on the bathroom wall. Dusty through out the whole room on the floor, lamp stand on the floor, and the bathroom vent is covered with the dust. The room is supposed to have microwave and the telephone and both were missing. The refrigerator was broken. We went to front desk they told me they were fully booked and we can change the room the next day (we had 2 night reservation), after waiting at front desk 5 minutes they finally agree to find us a microwave and refrigerator. The 2nd day we were there, around 1pm the staff knocked on the door and ask when we will be checking out and we told her tomorrow. When I came out of the shower around 5pm, with the towel wrapped around me and someone tried to come in the room, I screamed and she said "sorry house keeping". Luckily I had the top latch-on so she couldn't come in. This was terrifying for me and my kids, we never have stayed in a hotel with staff barging into our room ever. We also saw house keeping put all the unwashed sheets/towels out on the parking lot ground with a large plastic cover underneath. This makes us really concerned the way how management run this place.

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable an everything was nice n neat. I am definitely staying again. An its. Near tby everything you need.

Good location and service

My room was neat and it got the job done.its close to airport, sea world and many other locations, so that helps

Not very well maintained, bathroom seems to have water damage in the roof and does not have shower supplies. Hotel breakfast is minimal, with milk, hot water, a coffee machine/tea bags, and some small muffins. There is no drinking water refill/fountain.

No towels were provided,I had to ask for them, the continental breakfast was just bread products and opened 90 minutes late, the sheets felt like rubber
