Staff member was friendly however did mention when I arrived that he was about to close, even though it was approximately 5.30pm and online says check in closes at 6.30pm. The 3 bedroom apartment was nothing like the photos online. The layout of the room was extremely strange and there were 2 sets of stairs within the actual apartment room which wasn't ideal for us to be staying with a toddler. We ended up leaving 10 minutes after checking in as it didn't feel safe to stay with 2 children. Photos of the rooms need to reflect what the rooms are as it's otherwise false advertising. I understand most hotel photos are somewhat enhanced however the difference from the room online to what we walked into was unacceptable especially for $350 for 1 night. Disappointed but will know to never book here again.

Because I arrived late due to travelling there was no one on reception. All good but when I called the number it took a fair while before someone answered. Because it was dark I then found it really hard to access the correct code on the lock box to get my key.
When I finally got it our I had room #25. When I looked around, I could see room #1 through to #23 but not more signage or anything indicating rooms on the other side.
The worst part of the night is when I had some young men knocking on my door at 10:30pm trying to get in!! I had to yell at them to piss off and it took a good half hour before they either left or went quiet. Not a safe feeling because there was no security on site.. If they wanted to kick the door in (like they had threatened) I was completely on my own against however many it was.. Not so bad as I am a man, but if that were a female in the room by herself, she would have been petrified I am sure..
Just a bad experience all round unfortunately. I won't be back.
