很好 Terrible housekeeping service during a 3-night stay.I am highly disappointed with the service at this hotel. We stayed for three nights, and housekeeping entirely skipped our room for the duration of the trip. The only attention our room received was on the third day, when someone merely pulled up the bed sheet. We were left with absolutely no fresh towels and completely ran out of toilet paper. Basic sanitation and room upkeep were completely ignored. I will not be returning.

不錯 It is a bit far away from Banff - makes it more difficult to rest in the afternoons after outdoor activities in or around Banff and then return to Banff for dinner. The on site restaurant at the lodge is not very good.

不錯 They were not clear that you have to take a gondola ride up and down to the actual lodge from 8a to 6pm, then a shuttle up and down after that. It was fine, but definitely unexpected and not for everyone.

超讚 The location at a skiing resort on the top of the mountain with rides up to higher locations for the scenic beauty was awesome. Taking the shuttle or gondola up or down from the lodge was a 20 minute ride but was never a problem. They also provided a shuttle to Banff so you didn’t need to worry about parking.
