Beautiful picturesque property in the center of town. The inn had all the essentials needed and then some. Our suite had a porch that made our stay perfect. Highly recommend.

Great stay! Was just an overnight, in the area for work but it was perfect. I've already mentioned to a few friends. I am a Florida resident so may plan a return, relaxing weekend to enjoy downtown Dunedin. Amenities were plentiful, nice spacious traditional suite

You can't beat the location and felt like home when you step on to this property. We stayed in the cottage that was the standalone building. Very easy check-in, spacious layout, comfortable mattress and bedding, loved having a small fridge and kitchen including everything you needed if you chose to cook up some breakfast or stay in for one of your meals. Staff was friendly and very accomodating to have the room ready earlier than normal check in time and even went out of their way to help return a clothing item that we left behind in the closet. Only note I have to improve is to add some sort of vanity in the bathroom as the freestanding sink and very small corner table did not give much space for toiletry storage and usage. Would absolutely stay again.

We did a remote check in so we, initially, had some difficulty locating our room. We spoke to the owner over the phone who quickly helped us locate our room. The room (suite) was clean and well appointed but, unfortunately the first thing you see walking into the room is a heavily stained/soiled sofa (looked like one too many frat parties). This unfortunately made you wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of room (bedding, towels, etc.) Fortunately these were clean. The other issue was the air condition which was quite noisy, difficult to control and left the room quite damp (despite two dehumidifiers). Lastly were the huge, overstuffed foam pillow which were impossible to sleep on. We wound up bunching up our complimentary bath robes to use as pillows. These are relatively minor issues and easily fixed but made sleeping difficult. We checked out (left... there was no checkout) early on the second day. As nice as the venue was, and certainly convenient to town, for the price I don't think we will return.
