Pros: staff was really nice, views are amazing, pool is really cute and nice for the summer. AC worked well. Cons: This hotel is really outdated. It should not be rated 4 stars at all. The water temp changed if you had the sink and shower on at the same time. The decor and furniture was super old. The towels did not look clean. I truly don’t know how it has a 4 star rating. It’s at best a 3 star hotel with really nice staff. If you think you’re going to a luxurious resort, though, look elsewhere. I was not pleased how much we paid vs the experience we had on site.

Hotel staff were very helpful. Hotel is a little outdated, good location bus stop is right in front private transfer company right in front also. Restaurants are walking g distance too. Would stay again

Delicious breakfast, and clean rooms. The view from the balcony was beauty and the staff was very helpful and kind.

So cute and sweet. Get the corner suite! It’s not much more and it’s worth it!! Breakfast is eh- we skipped it every morning but staff is incredible and the property has a great roof top lounge area and pool! After walking all the stairs from Long Beach days, we’d dip in the pool to cool off before going to our rooms. Amazing staff- everyone and everything was great! Excellent location!

Chambre propre, mais il y avait tout de même des fourmis dans la chambre. Belle vue de notre balcon, à couper le souffle! Déjeuner style buffet inclus, très bon. L’emplacement de l’hotel est très bien, près de restaurants et boutiques. Les employers gentil et souriant.

The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. The food is great as well. I would absolutely stay here again and hope to soon

Hotel views were amazing

Maria and Giulio were fantastic, as was the whole staff! A charming family owned hotel that knew exactly who you were after day 1. Very helpful to coordinate taxis and other services. The complimentary morning breakfast was fantastic with an incredible view.

An excellent stay

For the price, I expected more. The rooms are very outdated, the elevator is extremely small, and the pool is tiny and freezing cold, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, the air conditioning worked great, and the staff was absolutely wonderful and made our stay much more enjoyable. Overall, there are definitely pros and cons. If modern accommodations are important to you, this may not be the best value, but the friendly service and good breakfast are definite highlights.
