The laundry room needs some upkeep.

Terrible customer service and disorganized staff. AC didn’t work I was told to way 3 hours for service. Move me to a new room across far away, no space for my kids and has to walk all the way back (4 flights, no elevator). Key card didn’t work and they wanted to try to move my room again. Said they would give me a free dinner for my troubles, but they failed to say it didn’t include any drinks regardless of alcohol. Hassles non stop. They offered free breakfast but I declined, toast probably not covered.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The check in was not quite great, people at the desk not very helpful nor kind, but the rest of the staff during our stay there was really nice . They didn’t tell us anything but we discover the last day that we could borrow lots of gear. Kids room: careful you have to pay for everything. Two big issues with this hotel: seaweed and also we had a room that communicates with an other and we could hear absolutely everything from the neighbors. But still, the hotel was lovely, very clean pools. Would go again!

Great customer service

The room was immaculately cleaned, the staff washed and changed the sheets everyday. Amenities were wonderful, the best fully stocked gym with equipment I’ve ever had. Food service at Calabash (the hotel restaurant) was quite slow, but the food quality and taste was excellent. So just be aware that meals do take time at the hotel property.

Gorgeous resort and great location as its close to Oistins, 10min drive from Pebbles and Browns beaches and not too far from town. Staff are very friendly and exude the Bajan behaviour of being well mannered and being respectable. Rooms are beautiful and would definitely go back. I commend the staff for constantly cleaning up the seaweed on the beach next to the resort, though a very tiresome task. Security is present on site so you feel that extra safety.

What a great property off. Will definitely visit again. Laid back feel with everything you need and not over the top.
