Pool, staff , breakfast.. it just sucks to pay for parking at a hotel you're aready are paying to stay.

I left my phone on the little bench outside the lobby when I check out. I had a friend call,because I had no phone, and the recoptionist said she was too busy to go outside and retrieve it.???? She had it when I drove back from the airport. Didn't appreciate her attitude.

The room was wonderful and very clean. The location was good and staff was great. It was easy to check in and out and the breakfast was good with a decent variety. Bed was pretty comfortable also. We enjoyed our stay and will probably stay there again in the future.

Check In was quick and easy. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast Options were great. Pool was clean and maintained well.

Room was great- I stayed with my adult son in a long room and the couch was perfect for me. It was separated by a privacy panel and really makes the room More flexible for different kinds of travelers.

Easy check in process. Easily changed our room to make it easier to take our dog out. Spacious room with everything we needed. Clean room in general. Only quips were that the bathroom door did not latch so it could not be locked for privacy and lighted mirror had a couple of strobing bulbs. Pool had plenty of inflatables and toys for the kids. Would stay again easily

Very clean, super friendly and helpful staff

I accidentally left my brick for my charger for my iPhone at a previous appt. and asked the front desk if I could borrow one they said they didn't have any bricks or chargers but offered no options. Apparently, the outlet in my room on the office side had the ability to have my charger directly into it. I ran around trying to figure out how to remedy this and bought one at the AT&T store which they did not direct me to. Came back and realized I didn't need to do any of that. I could have just used the jack in the room.

Traveled with family! Location was great! Room space & everything about the room was amazing! Close to a lot of things. Amenities amazing!

The Staff was helpful and great! All the way around from front desk to the chefs with the breakfast.
