Clean hotel with helpful staff. Well located. Finishes are a bit old but rooms are a good size and very clean. Recommend!

Staff was amazing and the manager was very nice and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Stay away from this hotel. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Rooms were dated and disgusting, stains on the mattresses along with crumbs all on the pull out. Looks nothing like the photos. Only positive was friendly staff.

Stayed here with my husband, since it was closer to the port for a boat ride. Stay was ok. Staff was amazing!

Clean, quiet.

my bathroom door wouldnt shut properly. there was a large closet. it was very dark, i had a window but it was very close to the building next door. noisy lady in the hall having a conversation. AC worked well. more spacious than usual for a NY hotel

Great location and friendly staff. They need to fix the elevator situation. Second time I’ve stayed there this month and only on very slow elevator works.

El cuarto es bastante espacioso, me sorprendió bastante considerando los hoteles usuales en NY que son bastante reducidos. En cuanto a la limpieza, sí estaba bastante limpio excepto la ducha que encontré cabellos pegados en la pared. La ubicación es bastante buena, caminando llegamos al world trade center, el toro, wall street, Delmonicos y lugares para comer. El staff buenisimo, me dejaron hacer el check in antes, el check out fue rapido y los dias que me quedé limpiaron la habitación, que pensé no harían por ser pocos dias. Es un hotel que recomiendo bastante

I have no idea how this hotel has 4 stars. It should be demolished. The room was dark and depressing because of super old furniture. Bathroom was disgusting with mold all over. I would like to get my money back
