Hotel has an excellent location in Old City, metro station was nearby. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very attentive and hospitable. Many great food options for breakfast. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room was not cleaned on 1 day although we had put the clean sign on the door.
The staff were inconsiderate when we requested an early checkin.
The bathroom had water leakage.
The location was great and the breakfast was awesome.
