Had a large and clean room , air conditioner worked . However the wifi did not work for 3/5 days I was there - pretty annoying and a pretty basic service for a hotel to have

The sauna was broken. Not the first time either. The main reason i chose this hotel was because of the sauna. It was broken and didn't get fixed. This is easily fixed in a few hours even if it means installing a new unit. So I feel robbed.

Well located, clean.

Overall, hotel was nice: clean, close to train station. Room was large. Bathroom was decent. On the negative side, despite being a large room, there was little storage for clothing. Worse, the AC barely kept the room to 78-80 degrees, and Lausanne was hot and humid. The staff was pleasant but not always terribly knowledgeable. The breakfast was sub par for 22chf. If you want a cool room, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Great place stay there most times I come to Lausanne!
