Every things was good except the breakfast. It was terrible

The hotel is conveniently located in Paris thanks to the Bonne Nouvelle metro stop. The neighborhood is for a young crowd. The staff at reception is extremely nice and helpful, especially Camille. Lots of amenities here. My room was clean, but not the cleanest it could have been. Chandelier was dusty, found hairs in the bathroom not belonging to me, and one of the hangers had a bunch of hair on it. With more attention to the cleaning of the room, this hotel has the potential of being amazing.

2 adults and 2 children stayed for 2 nights. Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is secure with card only access so randoms can’t just walk in off the street. The room was large and updated. Also very local to the metro, stores, bars and cafes. I would 100% stay there again.

Thank goodness it had AC…we were there during the heat wave. Breakfast was fine…standard buffet fare. Location was great…access to Metro was easy and many walkable amenities. Beds were too firm for our taste but that’s personal to each guest. There was no fridge in the room which was unfortunate because we wanted to keep drinks in the room. They were able to provide a bucket of ice when we asked at the front desk.

Location is very accomodating and room was great. AC is a plus.

Very helpful staff. We are very thankful for their help in getting back some items that were forgotten in the room security box.

Thanks for daily room service.

Enjoyed my stay, room size was not a problem, helpful staff, nice breakfast (more time on the fire for eggs,bacon...Plz). Great in room internet, restaurants and shows in walking distance. Wish they would allow access to tv hdmi connect for Amazon firestick use, Would definitely stay again.

Didn't really spend much time there doesn't look like pics. Breakfast very nice restaurant and cleaning staff where very nice but reception staff not very helpful and a bit stuck up

Great hotel, quiet and comfortable beds.
