Central location to both sides of city, the shopping/nightlife area and the harbor front. Stairs to top third floor are not for everybody. Spacious living a d dining area to relax inside with a small balcony also great.

Nice property in center of city. Was abit noisy at night given location near bars & kids hanging out. Bring ear plugs & eye mask to sleep. Unit was clean, spacious, in good condition. Water had spell of sulfur from hot springs. Area to enter condos had graffiti & can see garbage dumpsters so should be blocked off. Kitchen was good had dishes, cups, water heater. Unit needs some upgrades but reasonable for pricing. Great location easy walking to city center, shopping, on rainbow road to church and 1 block from Kronan supermarket. Was able to park for free at night after 6pm in P3 zone which is 3 blocks away. Reception people should provide this information to guest to save $. They were flexible to allow late check out. Go to Costco to get some food as everything is pricey in Iceland

This apartment is at the end of Rainbow street, pretty cool place, you are close to everything! It can get a little bit noisy, (because it is a very popular spot) but we closed the window and it was a little bit better, the apartment is on a second floor, if you have a large suitcase it could be a little bit hard to take it to the apartment, if you are a woman. The information about the check in, I used to have it 24 hours before the check in, like the app said, just to have peace of mind, but this time it wasn’t like that! They gave the info 10 minutes before the check in! I wrote like 3 times asking for the info! And they said that when the apartment is available, they will send it to me! I also asked if I can get in 30 minutes before the checking time, cause I was with 2 kids, and my 78 years old dad, waiting outside on the rain … I understand that is not required to let me in few minutes early, but if you are so strict then you need to have everything perfect as it should be! , when I went into the apartment, they have dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and trash in the kitchen trash can, (one of the rules of the apartment is to put the dirty dishes on the dishwasher, and start the washer, plus take out the trash) so I can’t tell if someone cleaned the apartment before we went in. This is not my first experience renting these types of apartments, I always have the information in advance so I can be there with time and see how the process to enter to the apartment is.

The location was perfect along with the size for the 4 of us! House was well equipped with all necessary things! Staff was quite efficient in responding! Overall it’s just great place to be for holiday stay

Living space are good, but I can tell the bedding were not changed, even had a few hair on it, better to bring your own. Bedrooms is not good for sleep, unless we sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, and leave the small space “bed room”. (That space can’t sleep, too small, cant breathe.

NOT SOUNDPROOF AS ADVERTISED. We only chose this room so close to everything because we assumed if it said sound proof it would be. We were wrong. We heard people up and down the stairs at all hours, we heard the people above us talking and moving items. We heard noise from the street with all windows closed. It made it difficult to rest. However, the room was beautiful, well kept and updated, clean, and comfortable. I would still recommend staying if you can tolerate it being loud. Property management was very responsive as well. Easy check in/out.

Comfortable with lots of space - location is ideal for tourists
