Room was great for what I needed the staff could not do enough to help , room air on em was great and very quiet at night , the only downer was breakfast poor cold fruit selection and hot food wasn’t hot bacon lukewarm and not cooked enough

Location of the hotel was good. Overall clean.
Parking is opposite and £10 for 24 hr or hourly in parking behind hotel.
Check in was easy. VIP free drink unlike other hotels were restricted in choice.
MAJOR PROBLEM: The room sink was blocked and leaking and the main light not working. I could not fill the kettle with water for coffee. When I complained, just a smile and thank you for letting us know - no apologies - nothing.
