Highly recommended. Excellent bar and restaurant and the room was clean, very comfortable bed and large bath.

We were experiencing a heatwave. But the staff were reassuring all the guests that fans were available if needed. I was upgraded because I'm a gold member on Hotels.com (love these little perks). The upgrade did not disappoint. Had lunch in the restaurant, which was delicious. Had the butter chicken and rice, beautiful. I had dinner in my room. The AC worked great, staff extremely helpful, even though they were very busy. There's a reason why I keep going back to this hotel. Never disappoints!

Great pre flight stay, comfortable

We arrived late at night after a concert in Hyde Park and faced a long check‑in queue. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but the man on the desk was in no rush at all. When another couple asked for his name to make a complaint, he refused and just moved them elsewhere. When I finally got to my room on a very hot day, the air conditioning was broken and the heating was stuck on it felt like a cauldron. Staff came to look but said it was a known issue and could not be fixed. With no other rooms available, I asked to cancel and get a refund, which the desk agreed to. I ended up sleeping in my car and woke with severe back and joint pain. The next morning, a more helpful member of staff said Expedia must process the refund since I booked through them but after two days, Expedia still cannot get anyone at the hotel to answer calls. Stressful, uncomfortable, and no resolution. I will never stay at a Radisson again and cannot recommend this place.

The lobby of the hotel is lovely. The rooms were clean enough - but needed a renovation - especially the bathroom. The check in was disorganized and chaotic.

I booked this hotel because they said there was an airport shuttle but when I asked they said they don’t go to terminal 4
