This is a great hotel. There isn't a single thing I wouldn't rate a 10 out of ten. Close to train station and many beautiful churches and monuments, but set back from noise and traffic. Excellent restaurants right outside the on beautiful square with benches and trees. Even a grocery store about 50 steps from hotel door. I'm fairly well traveled and this was one of the best places I've stayed and I've paid sometimes 600 or 700 a night. Highly recommend. I'm going back

Hotel is in excellent condition, modern, base on staff information only six years from opening, staff very friendly. This is a boutique hotel and very safe area.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. Marco at the front desk was particularly helpful and enjoyable to deal with. AC worked well during the July hot spell. Nice to come back to the cool room. There were ample restaurants in the area and nearby markets for drinks and treats.

Excellent hotel in excellent location in quiet neghborhood but with a lot of good inexpensive restaurants (compare to U.S,). What is important close to small canals so you carry luggage from water taxi less than 100 meters, as there are no cars in Venice. Good breakfast, there is a small food supermarket selling food, water, wines on the same square as hotel less than 100m. Rialto Bridge 10 min walk, St Mark square 15 min walk.

The hotel itself was very clean and well managed! Staff was nice and friendly! Zero complaints!

Do not stay here. It isn’t a nice shopping area. The front desk didn’t know what a water taxi was and the housekeeping kept telling us they had to leave at 2:00 pm so we had to get the room “clean” before then. They didn’t actually clean just straightened up. They wouldn’t mail a postcard. The floors are noisy because they are not carpet. The only nice people were the bartenders. Pancakes and waffle served cold. Fresh cooked eggs are extra. The room service isn’t really room service because they said they don’t have a full kitchen (but they do a breakfast buffet?). There is no way this place is a 4 star. The shower water pressure is terrible and the bottoms of the showers are like a trailer.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It was very nice, comfortable, and had plenty of space - including in each of the two bedrooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the complementary breakfast hit the spot.

It was incredible stay. Staff was super pleasant and helpful. Very beautiful place. I definitely recommand. Well located.

Very good and lovely place to stay.

Having separate bedrooms and a kitchen helped make our family vacation all the more enjoyable (and affordable). Great location within walking distance of S Lucia train station. Loved having the grocery store super close. Highly recommend.
