Nice spacious property, but far from Milan center by public transit. We had two rooms in one of which AC didn't work and a fridge didn't work. We left a complaint, went out and returned and they had not been fixed. After second complaint we were moved to a different room.

Great staff, good overall experience

Very old property with many things that needs ron fixed. The fitness room was horrible and hot. most of the hotel is super hot bey old building. walls and trims are very damaged. The staff was the only good thing about this place. Anna was wonderful.

It was an old hotel. It seems that they didn’t maintain the property at all. Curtains were ripped. The beds were very old and comfortable. Bathroom was old and not remodeled. The drainage were clocked. Overall, it doesn’t feel like a 4 stars hotel. The price is as high as a 4 stars hotel but you received a 2/3 stars hotel at the end.

Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, close to transport links to get you around the city. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast selection was fresh and plentiful, ,

Amazing and friendly staff. Very clean hotel.

Il servizio del personale a partire dalle colazioni, alle camere veramente meticoloso, e il personale front desk ...che incontri in questo hotel è roba che non incontra da nessuna parte. Camere silenziose. Super consigliato per qualità prezzo. Parking free

The hotel lobby and parking was great. The room is basic and doesn’t reflect the looks of the hotel.

The staff was very helpful. The restaurant has a nice buffet breakfast and serves a nice dinner. Our room was not comfortable. The room was ready for an upgrade and update.

Average hotel on the outskirts of Milan, room is large and came with two small double beds, lack of plug outlets near the beds was disappointing. Gym is very old equipment, sauna ok but have to ask staff to turn it on for you. Overall value for money is ok if you are easy going and happy to travel 45 mins on public transport into central Milan everyday
