Clean room, all the amenities, convenient parking. Helpful staff. We could not get an early check in, but the hotel was very busy.

El personal siempre estaba atento a cualquier necesidad y aparte tenian disposicion de ayudar en todo momento. El proceso de check in y check out fue rapido y ordenado.

Clean hotel with friendly staff

I’ve been there before, so if a made back was because I line the place and location.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent

The view of Cerro San Cristobal was beautiful from my giant windows. I really liked the location, proximity to metro stations, shopping nearby, convenience stores and several cafe/food options on the same street. Good size room for a short stay where I didn't need to unpack much, but if I needed more room for my luggage I would have felt a bit snug. The staff was english/spanish bilingual which was perfect for me. They were super helpful whenever I needed something sent to my room. My only complaint was a consistent weird smell in the washroom.

Buen hotel y buena ubicación

Excelente ubicación, muy buen servicio.
