超讚 The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. The air conditioning was very easy to control and efficent. I did not take breakfast but did have the famous cream tea and it was spectacular.

很好 What We Loved
Service: The entire staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.
Ambiance & Facilities: The hotel interior is beautiful and impeccably clean. The ambiance made for a very relaxing atmosphere.
Breakfast: The morning breakfast buffet was fresh, good quality, and an enjoyable start to the day.
Area for Improvement
Lunch & Dinner: While the restaurant service and decor were top-notch, the quality of the food during lunch and dinner was disappointing. The dishes fell short of the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. With a bit more attention to the culinary side, this place would be absolute perfection.
