Second visit: after 2 years, Grand Hotel Comano Terme is still the same luxury, well maintained wellness hotel with it's beautiful Comano Terme Park (34 acres or 14 hectares) scuptured like an enormous Japanese Garden alongside an idyllic mountain stream with views at the surrounding Brenta Dolomiti Mountain peaks. There are enough entertainment features and programs for young and old. General staff and management is very forthcoming and multilingual, however all service personnel truly appreciate a view words in Italian if guests are you willing to try.... We are looking forward to our next trip to this beautiful place of calm and civility! Recommended for vacationers who are not interested in (overpriced) tourist traps where bar hopping is considered the key benefit. Notes: although the mailing address of the hotel indicates Stenico, the facilicity is just meters outside of Ponte Arche, called after the historic Ponte delle Tre Arche. The town of Stenico is situated at a 5 km drive up the mountain and has a different character, in my experience, less friendly compared to Ponte Arche. Be sure to use the physical location of the hotel (on the map) when programming your GPS navigation, do not use the mailing address!

Tutto ottimo, personale disponibile e cordiale

Tutto impeccabile. Stanza pulitissima, comodissima, ampia. Hotel nuovo, in ampio parco, immerso nella natura circondato da montagne. Piscine, Spa (saune, zona massaggi) puliti, in ordine, fornite di tutto. Ottimo soggiorno. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Fint hotel og venligt personale. God restaurant. Mit værelse havde en alt for hård og elendig seng med slatne hovedpuder. Temperaturen på værelset kunne ikke indstilles ordentligt, så velkommen til 25 grader. Værelset lå samtidig lige op til elevatoren, som tydeligt kunne høres.

Il parco intorno è davvero bello. Hotel molto bello, ancora fa la sua figura ma secondo me necessita di qualche ritocco per stare al passo coi tempi. Le camere soprattutto. Ristorante a cena veramente buono, molto ricercato e materie prime top. Colazione molto buona e varia soprattutto le confetture. Pranzo con menù a là carte o bar menù con cose leggere tipo avocado toast e cesar salad. Alfonso e Emiliano in sala sanno il fatto loro così come Matteo e Giulia alla reception. Le piscine sono 3, una esterna bella grande e due interne più piccole. Molteplici gli idromassaggi sparsi in giro. Acqua termale clorata. Bambini under 12 solo in family pool o piscina esterna. Sono stato con bambina di 11 mesi e abbiamo passato veramente bei momenti. Pappa preparata dallo chef con i nostri omogeneizzati ma se si vuole basta comunicare alla mattina a Alfonso e Emiliano e la soluzione è pronta. Grazie e a presto.

Very friendly staff. Lovely family atmosphere. Dinner is absolutely divine. New menu every day. Very close to Michelin 1 star.
