Amazing staff - everyone was so friendly and lovely! Great set up with direct beach access and subbed, towels, etc. Large and enjoyable pool as well!

We have just returned home after another wonderful month at Baan Samui Resort, and once again the experience has been absolutely superb. The fact that we have returned most years since 2018 — only missing the Covid period — probably says everything about how special this hotel is. From the location, atmosphere and facilities to the consistently warm welcome, Baan Samui continues to feel like a second home to us. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. Without exception, every member of the team provides first-class service with genuine warmth and a smile. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their friendliness and professionalism make every stay memorable. A very special mention must go to Tan, who continually goes above and beyond and is an absolute delight. Over the years, Tan and many of the staff have become more like friends than simply hotel staff, which is something very rare and very special. Thank you once again to everyone at Baan Samui for making our stay so enjoyable. We are already looking forward to returning again next year.

Breakfast was awesome. The breakfast hostess, Tan was excellent! We truly miss seeing her every morning. She brighten our day. The whole staff, especially May was so friendly and helpful. The resort is very beautiful and welcoming!

Mostly updated resort. Clean, spacious, and great pool and beach area. Awesome staff.

規模は大きくないホテルだが、スタッフの対応がよくセンタラサムイに徒歩5分くらいでいける。周りにも沢山レストラン・バーがありリッチは最高。プールも海も申し分ない。

It’s a great hotel in a great location. Great restaurants close by, beautiful beach, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, probably my only criticism of our stay was the high prices of drinks and food at their restaurant.

It is as good as any resort I've stayed in while on Thailand. Besides Bangkok, I've stayed in similar resort's in Phuket and Krabi. Everything is exactly as advertised and the staff and service are 5 star. Extremely quiet.

Great location, nice pool area and very welcoming staff. The room was a good size room and the breakfast was good.
