Family of four stayed in hotel for 11 days - we had great time. Very nice hotel -staff very helpful, convenient location in haitang sanya, rooms and facilities are very clean and comfortable, with big family rooms. My butler Bobby has been great help to us, patient and experienced. Kids club is great for family, staff well trained and great to kids. There are lots kids pools with staff looking after customers all the time, Alan has been very helpful when we were playing near the kids pool. Overall very happy with the hotel and kids loved sanya as first timer in China

Assistant front desk manager was brilliant he provided us with service above and beyond our expectations and made us feel very welcome. He is an excellent ambassador for this hotel. We appreciated him providing us personal service.

Additionally, the concierge was extremely helpful in arranging transportation and offering local recommendations that suited my limited schedule. Overall, this property is highly recommended for solo professionals looking for a secure, comfortable, and high-quality stay in Sanya. I would definitely return for both business and leisure.

Nice location

Hotel is in a nice and safe location with easy access to transportation and a big mall nearby with good shopping and dining options. Note that swimming at the beach is not allowed and the adult pool was closed as of April 2025, which we weren’t aware when we booked. Lots of really nice facilities for kids of all ages. Decent service though most staff does not speak English at all.

I had a wonderful stay! The facilities were clean and comfortable, but what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service. Special Thank you to Avril, for making my visit so memorable! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay with top-notch service.

This hotel is excellent - impressive building & facilities with slow, relaxing vibe, not as crowded as some other hotels with all the screaming kids and anxious parents. It’s all very chill. Have to emphasize that Stella Li was super nice and helpful!

Very good hardware: hotel room in particular but software such as staffing and social graces of guests at the hotel must live up to the hotel's luxury facilities!

The service was excellent that free drinks are offered while we are waiting for the room. The balcony and pool are great
