The hotel was outstanding from check in to check out. Only one downside was they never explained to go to guest services to book for the à la carte restuarants which we found out 3 days into our holiday. These were worth the money as the main buffet was just carnage and stressed us out quite a bit. The pool side snack bar was amazing and became our preference for a brunch. All in all an amazing hotel would

This is not a 5-star hotel. It is solid 4. The quality of food is okay. The lunch only lasts 1.5 hrs: 12:30 - 14:00. Premium alcohol drinks are not included. It's a loud hotel: 3000+ guests slam room doors day and night - the whole building shakes. The quality of guests is very low here (if you know what I mean). They put mountains of food on their plates that they are not going to eat creating lots of waste. People who stay here prioritize lower price over quality. Check out the IC Green Palace nearby, it's a much nicer hotel at a similar price range with all drinks included and fewer guest rooms, and better food. However, the kids area and activities do stand out here. If you're just looking for a nice 4-star option, this is a good one.

Food was really good. Except bar and restaurant staff, rest of the hotel staff didn't speak English well. All pool entertainments and other activities were in Turkish.
You will have poor quality paper cups in the room which is not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. Room mini bar did not include beer and other alcoholic beverages which was not good for a all inclusive hotel.
Hotel is very good for people with children but might be a bit boring for younger adults. So generally, food was the main strength point and room service the weakest.

Staff were wonderful. Dissapointed that there is nothing near the hotel to walk to...you have to take a taxi to get anywhere.
