Stayed here as was diverted from Zurich. Got in very late. Staff at desk was helpful. Got to room. Looked dated and in need of renovating. Carpet looked stained. Turned down bed and there was a stain on the sheet. It had been washed but was still stained right at the head of the bed. Shouldn't use sheets like that. Pillows smelled of other people's heads. Bathroom nice but cracked tiles on floor and in shower. Tiles on bathroom wall and floor grouting had mold. For a hotel of this quality and price I expect a lot better.

It was fantastic 2 day stay at Mövenpick. Indeed it served us so well right from the time we moved in till we checked out. Their shuttle service was timely & very useful. The gentleman who was at the steering was extremely nice. Breakfast morning was wonderful with so many items on the menu. Thanks for all the comfort that we received at every steps of our stay. We're lucky with the room. Big difference between different rooms in terms of layout, view, etc.

Great location. Free 5minute shuttle to airport. Comfortable bed, good sized room and you get to watch the sun rise over Geneva.

This hotel provided a nice sized room with a very convenient location to the airport. It was also an easy walk to the free tram to get into the city center. The room was a bit worn, but it was spacious and well appointed. We had a nice meal at the on site restaurant.

Great location near the airport and train station. Surprisingly quiet given the location.

I stayed at the Movenpick hotel while doing winter in Switzerland and I love every minute of it. The rooms were nice. The staff was very professional and I will absolutely book them again for my next trip.

Location is perfect for those wanting to be able to make a quick trip into downtown Geneva while still staying near the airport. There is a tram a few blocks from the hotel and the hotel will provide you with a ticket for free transport. The hotel shuttle is a quick ride to the airport. We got there four hours before check-in and were told our room was not ready but we could upgrade for $45 and get into a room. Seemed a bit suspicious and that they could have offered to get a room cleaned as soon as possible.

The hotel was very basic. It lacked many amenities. Towels, toiletries and tea and coffee were not stocked up each day and room was not clean. Very disappointing stay for the time and amount of money spent.

A day before checkin i received online checkin form and submitted it with my passport details etc. At the checkin personnel named ZAKARIA with no experience kept saying NO RESERVATION EVEN THOUGH me mentioning a day before i submitted online checkin . Then he asked my passport gave it to him on the 3 rd try he finally found it ... I was complaining about his unprofessionalism and called for a supervisor - he said no supervisor and he kept laughing at my face..... NEVER AGAIN at Movenpick Hotel.... They should give hospitality education to their personnel..... Unbelievable...... with this untrained personnel why are they sending online checking forms , spent much more time at the reception because of the unqualifed personnel named Zakaria...So upeset....
