The place was nice, at a convenient location, and very clean. The only issue was we arrived early to check in and there were no rooms available yet and were told to return within an hour. When we returned (at 3:30 pm and check in should have been at 3 pm) they still didn’t have a room until 4 pm. That was a little upsetting. One of the young ladies at the front desk was helpful in making sure to we were accommodated.

The BAD: AC not working, phone not working, top safety lock broken, The GOOD: Breakfast was good, good mattress, 24 h coffee appreciated, room price was okay, easy parking, nice grounds, easy freeway access

Very nice and cozy! Had a balcony, lots of people, kids laughing and safe neighborhood. Close to Irvine. I enjoyed. Just spent one night and it is a nice place to crash!

Love this quaint boutique hotel. This is my fourth stay. 2nd this year. Love the gardens, pool, updated rooms. Close to everything in area. Can even walk to some restaurants. Staff is friendly and professional. Has everything you need and things you want as well. Included breakfast buffet is hot and delicious. And pricing is very reasonable. Really enjoyed the corner room with balcony that had table and chairs this time.
