The transportation was very convenient, with a bus stop located right in front of the property. The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities.
The breakfast was definitely the highlight — there was a wide variety of options available, including plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was a good way to start the day. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily. Pool was pay to play which I didn’t care for but is not unusual for Europe. All in all a very nice experience.

We only stayed for one night before flying out of Venice. The property met all of our needs. However, the thermostat was not working. I later found out that the AC was controlled by the front desk which was not something I have come across before. But they did turn it on after I asked them which was nice. There was also an issue with our washroom. The fan only turned on once the light was turned off, but would not turn on when the lights were turned on. The front desk said it was a maintenance issue and would need to be fixed. The room itself was nice. I will say, the breakfast buffet was fantastic and had a lot of variety. It was very convenient especially since we had to catch a flight the next morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
