Place is clean and beautiful, grear location.

Pros The hotel was clean, organized and welcoming. The location was the best part. Right next to the zoo, balboa park, and walking distance to restaurants. I liked the room separation for bedtime. Cons: Parking - it wasn’t clearly stated in posting that it would be $50 a night for self park and $70 for valet. The drive way for self park is intense. It is a very tight and windy path. There were A LOT of scratches on the sides of people hitting their cars against and I felt dizzy doing that tight of circles (7th floor of winding path and parking is on 11th floor) The bathroom design is horrible. The sliding doors have open gaps so technically could see in and no sound proof. There was not vent. The shower was ground level so water easily came out. The door separating the bedroom from the main area should be more opaque as light came in so wasn’t as helpful for our family’s different bedtimes. That I did notice beforehand in the pictures so I was prepared for that.

The $49 parking fee is outrageous!

It was an amazing stay! The room was fully stocked with anything and everything we might've needed and did need. Would def stay here again.

Lobby was challenging to find because we self parked More signs are needed from the parking lot elevators to the lobby

Very good place

Nice stay. We had a rental car, the self pay was $50 daily! The entrance and exit from the garage was slightly challenging. Overall a great stay.

Parking fees are confusing. It says free but we paid for parking

Description should advise that this is a high rise with the hotel being on the 17th floor, parking on the 11th floor, and the ice machine on the 21st floor. The garage was a scary spiral that you didn't want to keep going up and down.
