The staff are welcoming and helpful. Room and public areas like hallways and amenities are clean and comfortable. Walkable to Niagara Falls and Parks.

Rooms are on the older side and needs some updating. We had a few plumbing issues but they were addressed quickly. The best part is their location. Located very near to the park and entertainment area so easy walking access to everything.

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel , and the AC was broken for the 2 nights I complained to the manager who said he is going to issue a refund for me , but he said I have to contact expeddia , I contacted expedia who contacted the hotel and found that the reservation was done by pay at the hotel so the refund should come from the hotel, i tried calling the hotel and i got transferred from an AI agent to another AI agent who did not understand what i want eventually after 20 minutes of calling i just gave up so it seems there is no way to reach a human at this hotel and thei AI agent is not trained very well

Property was as described. Only problem we had was the room was dirty and sheets, but they did send someone to clean and change the sheets.

Too many bugs inside the room. Hôtel charged us additional $20 for booking through Expedia and not booking directly through them!!

Needs some major updates rooms were very outdated . Staff was friendly and nice but overall this place needs to be upgraded. Bathroom was worst room mold on walls from water

The room bathroom door cannot be locked and shower cannot be turned on as it is tightly stuck in off position. When I raised this concern to front desk , they have asked maintenance team to check my issue- which did not happened until I followed up for another 3 times which took 2hours. The front desk do not have update from maintenance and they asked me to go and check my my room whether maintenance team came by or not. Swimming pool under maintenance and they asked us to go to their sister hotel - doubletree to use swimming pool :).. pathetic

Good

The room was so humid our bedding all felt wet every night. Turned in towels and never got any back. Someone dedicated in pool so we could not use it. The rooms are a bit dated. Restraunt attached was buy an adult meal get kids meal free. Parking was horrible as it was not just hotel parking but also public pay to park.

Hotel was okay wasn’t really impressed
