超讚 Everything was amazing and enjoyable had no problems the only thing was house keeping was needed and never came To my room not once during my stay i needed my sheets changed and my trash took out. Hopefully next time it would be better

不錯 There were a lot of big Roaches in the hallways and that scared me. There were no ice machines in any of the buildings near us, very limited parking, and a lot of the pools were closed even after the rain had stopped and the sun was shining. Driving through security for re entry and exit was also extremely stressful. The cars were aggressively honking at the security guard. The staff was very helpful and I did appreciate that very much. Over all my stay was ok but it wouldn't be my first choice of hotel.

超讚 This was our first family visit to the resort, we will definitely return. The weather kept us from enjoying the water park amenities; however our room was very clean, location was great and the kids had a great time. Our balcony overlooking the lake was icing on the cake.
