Es buena limpia y en buen sitio,cerca del mar hay que caminar al mar como 10 min. Tiene piscina y restaurante y cerca de la propiedad tiene centros comerciales muy buenos

Great place to stay and code to the beach

Please work on you bathroom flushing and cleaning. The housekeeping need to carefully clean all parts of the room.l- they clogged the bidget and left cleaning cloth on the desk. l also had issue with water faucet not working and had to go down to -1 to get it. The lights cover was coming out and it wasn't noise proof. The phone was also not connecting to the reception desk. So, I eventually asked Expedia to help and they moved me to a different room. That room was higher up 11th floor, there were hair strands in the bathroom already- one on the towel and the circle mirror on the side was loose. The windows weren't opening. The bathroom flush was terrible.

All round very nice hotel, shame that there was no option of early check in even when prepared to pay extra

Overall, the stay was okay. The connectivity and accessibility were good, but the property is quite far from the prime locations and main attractions. The hotel itself feels old, although the bed was comfortable. The carpets in the corridors had visible stains, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. Housekeeping was inconsistent during my stay — on the first day, toilet paper was not replenished, and on the next day, towels were missing. Additionally, no water bottles were replaced during housekeeping, which is something even a decent property usually provides as a basic service. While the stay was manageable and comfortable in parts, the hotel could definitely improve its maintenance and housekeeping standards.

Few faults in room which were rectified. Some English channels on the TV would be welcome. Breakfast not great. Hot food was cold
