The room was very nice and clean but the bath tub is too high to step in and out. Looks like a whole bath stall shell they just covered over the old tub. They should have just upgraded to walk in shower stall to match the room.

The beds make it seem on Expedia like queen size beds. They are not. They are full size. The hotel staff told me they do not have queen size beds. I pre paid for breakfast. You should not. Same exact thing every day. And when it seemed like I prepaid for 4 they said it was for only 2. The pool is used by locals and not only for guests. It is too deep for kids under 6.

Pool area was great definitely enjoyed that with the Kiddos. Breakfast buffet was good and convenient. Enjoyed being next to the Ala Moana Center got to do some shopping. Lots of great eating locations and coffee. Would definitely recommend.

The room was very clean and well stocked. Breakfast buffet is definitely worth it easy inconvenient. The spa was great ended up getting a haircut and my nails done while I was there felt fully pampered. Definitely recommend.

It would be good if one of the restaurants in the building let you do take out to bring to your room. Also I couldn't find where to get the breakfast that was advertised.

Wow, such a nice place! Very well maintained. Great sitting area in the lobby plenty of seating near the Starbucks. Two gift shops, a convenience store, a diving shop, a restaurant and a bar that may or may not have a
speak easy, (you didn't hear that from me!!!) Fountains out front were great and the food trucks across the street were great the kai k was an amazing Korean food truck.

I have stayed here many times due to the friendly customer service and close proximity to Ala Moana and Waikiki. I suffer from a bad back, and this time I stayed longer than usual, which threw out my back further. Their mattresses are soft.
