Most staff was pleasant and helpful. One overnight fellow seemed poorly trained. Breakfast coffee had 2 machines which didn't keep anyone waiting. Juice machines and egg situation was good. A little disappointed with pastries and fresh fruit. Breakfast area, along with hallways and room were somewhat tired, but clean.

The hotel is old and very small, dirty patio, dirty room, we had to change rooms because the bed wasn’t clean had hair in between the sheets. The front desk guy was helpful changing us into another room. Breakfast was ok, didn’t look like in the pictures.

Large room, friendly helpful staff, and a great breakfast.

No air conditioning in the rooms.

Convenient location. Beautiful city to explore

Quiet location . Near a main train/ metro station. Unfortunately there is no restaurant for hotel guests onsite. The cooliing system in the room was not responsive, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent.

Very clean curious helpful staff. Super location.

I must have gotten the worst room in the hotel, didn't look like the pictures. All the furniture was wore down. There are no shelves to put your toiletries in the bathroom. The light in the room and bathroom is cold, light saving bulbs

Nice place but a little out of the way from most things. although city transport is close.

It was such a lovely hotel in a great location
