The rooms were large, very clean & well maintained, although the bathrooms could do with better ventilation (there was a sign in the bathroom saying you would be fined $2000 if the steam from your shower set off the smoke alarm - isn't this more a hotel problem, not guests?!).
The foyer & restaurant - while very clean & well maintained - looks a little dull & dated.
Staff were friendly & helpful.
Great location in the city with plenty of restaurants & tourist spots / sights nearby.

Room was clean and convenient. There was no parking available. We arrived 5 minutes before check in time and we were told there was no parking available so when they say parking is limited believe them. I thought arriving before check in would be enough to get parking but this wasn't the case.
I just found that compared to other places we've stayed in Sydney which were comparably priced or cheaper, the amenities were very limited.

Staff are cheerful and helpful. Room is good. Location of the hotel is great. Famous spots like Opera House, Darling Harbour, The Rocks are in walking distance. Taking Metro from / to the airport is also very convenience, just a few minutes walk to the metro station
