The staff was attentive and helpful. The facilities were nice.

We booked the superior new style standard room and felt the room was pretty basic and did not have the upscale feeling like I thought from the online pictures. Also I thought the entire hotel needs updating considering the high rates we were paying. The staff was helpful but sometimes there were language issues. Also at breakfast when the waitress had to find someone to translate…I wanted an omelette. There was a leak in our room. An air conditioner unit was leaking water from ceiling to floor causing floor damage. They came quickly to repair but did not apologize for the inconvenience. The hotel is somewhat convenient like to hop on/off transportation but still a 20 Min walk to old town. We were excited to read about a mall next to hotel but discovered it was mostly vacant mall which was a huge disappointment. There was only a grocery store which was convenient during our stay. Breakfast was great with alot of variety of foods. The dining room was very spacious and pleasant. Only complaint was that they were often late opening around 7:20-7:30 am instead of 7 am

My stay at this hotel was pretty average. It’s rated 4 stars, but I think it’s more like a 3 star hotel. A couple of questions came up during my stay and I thought the staff was pretty rude. It is conveniently located, but honestly Seville is so walkable I think you can stay in any of the main areas and be a 10–20 min walk from everything. I probably would not stay here again.

Great location for the old town and Triana, with most areas within walking distance. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and around the pool (but it got very busy as the temperature increased). Our room was comfortable and temperature could be controlled to preference which was a big plus. Staff were very helpful all round. I would definitely stay there again.

The location

I have stayed here before and wa happy to book again and I was not fissapointed.Excellent breakfast with a variety of choice . Staff very accommodating for specific request. Some decor and cleaning becoming a bit dated . Desk in the room chipped in the The corner. Main windows were dirty. Coat rail with dust, bathroom doors had spills and drops that had not been wiped from the previous occupant and remained. Would I join again? Yes

I would not rate this a 4-star hotel. I was in a “New Style” room and it looks like no effort was put into finishing the renovations. Even the door looks like it was broken into multiple times.
