This hotel was one of the highlights of our stay in Venice. The breakfast was amazing. The staff extremely helpful. The restaurant food was the best we had in Venice.

This hotel was wonderfully close to St. Marks and right in the midst of high end shopping. It was pretty close to many of the other sites we were interested in. We had the included breakfast and it was excellent, the room was refreshed between our outings and the concierge made our stay stress free. We made use of the laundry service and that exceeded expectations as well. All in all, it was a great place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Also, the A/C worked well!

We could not have asked for a better stay! The hotel is beautiful, we loved the architecture, history and Venetian decor. The staff were all very friendly and incredibly helpful. The breakfast buffet was lovely!

An amazing hotel. The staff were top notch. The breakfast was excellent.

This is a must stay!! It is located near all of the luxury stores so if you like to shop be careful. The staff is incredible at this resort. The brunch is fantastic and they were spot on with all of the concierge suggestions. We came to Venice on honeymoon and recently brought our kids back…. We enjoyed it that much more because of this resort. They also have a private dock in the back.

Lovely hotel

Hotel was a very central location. 7 minute walk to Saint Mark square. Same street with luxury shops. Next to Michelin star restaurant. Raphael canal front restaurant block away( great food and atmosphere). Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Expansive and delicious breakfast buffet. Room 7 had 2 full bathrooms and living room could be closed off from bedroom. Top floor outside deck with lounges and chairs made a great evening spot for a glass of wine. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful desk staff. The room was huge and the bathroom was large and beautiful. Bar and restaurant staff were welcoming. Breakfast coffee was sooooo good.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. Staff were very friendly, told us the history of the hotel, and made our stay very pleasant. Had breakfast at the hotel and the staff were amazing. They also brought us coffee to the fourth floor while we enjoyed the patio, sunrise, and watching the beautiful view of Venice. I’ll stay here again when I visit Venice next time and I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a perfect stay.
