plenty of light
great bed
good breakfast, cooked and continetal etc
a boring part of town but convenient of you have meeting nearby
cross the road from a big but quite empty shopping mall

The property is well kept, clean, safe, and the breakfast is excellent. The vache noire mall is right next door and has plenty of choices for food and shopping. The parking garage is large and easily accessible.
Being outside is city center is worth it to not have all the noise, pickpockets, and questionable hotels.
This is a great choice and worth every penny.
