很好 Breakfast not included but definitely wouldn’t recommend the restaurant in the hotel buffet but most of the hot things were cold

超讚 The staff was very helpful and responsive. Despite constrains they responded quickly and helped. There was a sound from an adjacent room and they sent a technician within minutes of the call (which was great as it was late at night), and traced it solved it and immediately called with an apology explanation. Great!

超讚 This hotel is fantastic! The location is right off the MRT station and is situated within walking distance of many attractions. The beds are comfortable and the room amenities are really nice! The staff are great- always helpful and friendly! I recommend booking a room with access to the club lounge, as the lounge is relaxing and has a good assortment of snacks and drinks.

Attentive and helpful staff. Check-in was a little unusual with no introduction to the hotel facilities given.
Concierge staff were fantastic helping with bags before check-in and after check-out.
The room was large and comfortable with fantastic air-conditioning.
We also enjoyed the pool and the proximity to public transport with a bus stop and metro stop literally on the doorstep.

Close to shops and MRT station. Room is clean and tidy despite the building probably needs some refurbishing.

Room is clean, pool is decent, the whirlpool hot tub is good, location is very strategic. Near orchard road and just next to Bencoolen MRT and many bus stops.
