Our family of three enjoyed a spacious, updated suite. Staff were professional and warm during check-in. The only hiccup was house keeping did not leave a pillow or top sheet on the pullout bed. I waited for almost an hour after messaging through Bonvoy app, I had to call the concierge. Room service knocked on the door after we had fallen asleep. Overall, we relaxed during our stay and would love to return.

This is a large hotel that handles large groups quite well.

This property is not good anymore. Staff are rude, rooms are left uncleaned, we were left without soap during our stay, towels are scarce and you have to beg to get one. I will never go there again. At the check in we were given the option to wait till 4 pm and get 2 renovated rooms, but we barely got one. A lot of promises weren't kept. Terrible experience.

The bar area was a great spot for a quick drink and some food

We were given a room that was freshly refurbished and smelled of paint which was not great. The staff were courteous to change it immediately on our request. The new room was good but in serious need of repair with wet patches in the ceiling in the bathroom and woodwork completely peeling. On the first day, housekeeping did not clean the room and despite two reminders, it wasn’t cleaned when we came back to the room post dinner. It was then cleaned after we went to the manager. Overall, the hotel is in a great location, the staff is nice but due to the points mentioned above, I wouldn’t stay here again.

There was never any soap in the bathroom sink. The entire 4 days we stayed at this hotel. We even went down to the desk and asked for soap on our second day, they said they would send someone up with it. Never got any soap. Weird

The room was great and the hotel is very conveniently located. Gym could be. About better equipped.
