Staff were great

Beautiful place away from crowds and staff are so beautiful and caring we will stay here again We come for our anniversary on staff did it all for us

This resort actually lived up to expectations. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The upstairs restaurant was also very good — great atmosphere and really enjoyable food overall. And also loved that they offered a shuttle to downtown

Very nice staff. The internet service was cut off while I was presenting in a zoom meeting. It was not their fault but still annoying. Internet speed was generally good otherwise. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa. The bedrooms were NOT connected to the living room!! We needed to go outside in the rain to go to the bedrooms in the rain. It was not a great experience. The water pressure of the shower was super weak. It took me ages to wash my hair. The property seemed to have been renovated a bit but still had an old, “patchwork job” atmosphere. The pictures in Expedia looked 200% better than reality. Overall stay was okay. Again, the staff including the front, kitchen and cleaning were all very nice.

The staff and villa were amazing! Food was good and they surprised me with a cake for my birthday. Such a sweet touch!

The property was great and the staff is amazing and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel, room, and restaurant all excellent. The only problem I had was our rooms were Agasai 1 and 2. Both are next to the street so you can hear cars late at night. And the worst part is Circle K convenience store next door had locals hanging around till 3 am talking and laughing loud that kept me up. Ask for other rooms instead of 1 or 2.

They are so friendly, the room was clean (except the fridge but it was probably old), and it was so spacious! They scheduled our transportation from the airport and checked on us everyday. We loved it here and would book again. I had to screenshot videos for the reviews as I didn't take pics.

The pool area needs a spray as the ants crawled all over us and were nesting in the chairs. The bed was not comfortable but the room was nice. Restaurant food is limited especially for breakfast and we found a hair in our satay! Staff were excellent at both front desk and restaurant.
