Stayed for five nights. This is our third trip to Vietnam so have a good idea for what to expect for the price. This is an excellent hotel. All the staff went above and beyond to help us. They are doing an outstanding job. Having drinks on our balcony overlooking the river will live long in our memory. Comfy bed. Good shower. Minibar fridge was so cheap we actually used in for the first time in our lives. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Great location. Staff very friendly and courteous. Rooms were comfortable with a beautiful view of the riverside.

Amazing place best location

The Lantana Boutique Hotel on the riverbank of Hoi An is a wonderful little hotel with friendly staff and is in a fantastic location. Actually the location was the reason I chose the hotel and I wasn't disappointed. In a short 5 minutes walk you can be in the old town or any number of restaurants and bars. The room with a view of the river is the room to get. Pick this hotel for Hoi An will be a good choice.

Great staff, good location and breakfast options were fine for us. I am thankful they allowed me to make a change to my reservation without any or fees. I appreciate their flexibility and great customer support.

Staff were incredible helping us with any activities. The location was far enough form the centre so that it was close when we wanted to adventure, but quiet when we needed.

The staff were so incredibly polite and helpful at all times. Very helpful. The only downside was that we had some laundry done at the hotel and when we got to our next destination I realised they had shrunk all of my shirts :( an expensive laundry option as I had to throw them all out and buy new :(

Very nice staff! You should bring ear plugs for the construction noises that start at 7am if you’re a light sleeper.

Everything was perfect specially staff Just little poor air conditioning

The location and front desk staffs are great. The rest need improvement. The first room had some laundry issues, where we found someone else hairs inside one of the towels, and the bedsheets feel damp. The hotel was able to give us a different room (the view is not as great), but at least the bed doesn’t feel damp. Beside the laundry issue, the is also a sewage smell in the bathroom, I am not sure if it is just the nature of being near the river? Overall, the hotel needs to do a better job at cleaning the room.
