很好家人同行
First of all, excellent hotel. Nearly on par with the best. Despite construction work, it was nearly transparent.
The hotel policies should be reviewed. Primarily, you should be allowed to use luggage racks without assistance. It isn’t as though we were going to keep them in our room while we weee obviously checking out. This was beyond frustrating when all we were doing is bringing our luggage down to check out.
The thermostat in our room never worked. We had to shut it off to keep from freezing at night. Also would prefer a better vent for the bathroom.

The staff were niice and the food was great .
But needed to fix the bathroom . / needed doors in the ahowers .
Big hotels like these should have a free Transfortation tonthe AirPort without any charge .Specially to those WHO stays in the hotel .

It was a good stay and staffs are very helpful and accommodating.
The only bad side that I do not like is the old carpet.

Excellent service.
The staff at Marco Polo were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being allowed to check in early, and the entire process was smooth and efficient.
