很好 Everything was really good and the staff was amazing. The only thing I would say is that the pool was colder than I was expecting.

超讚 We enjoyed our room and the view very much. Room service food was really good and we had a spacious room with in door and out door eating areas. The Breakfast was a bit overcrowded but we enjoyed the food and it was reasonably priced. The kids play are was a huge hit with our 11 year old son and he went there everyday as well as the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

還好 Poor stay. Requested and paid for a room for 3 but neither bedding or towels for 3rd guest.
Room service poor. Ordered 3 meals but only received 2 which arrived cold
Location was good but that’s the only positive
Felt not like a hotel but an assembly line
Sadly I will not be either returning or recommending this hotel

還好 Daily cleaning is poor; the trash bags we leave behind before going out are not removed. When we return, we find they have simply been moved to a different spot without actually being taken out.
