Very nice property, kind and helpful staff. The food was tasty. Unfortunately, there was a sewage smell in the area around villa 125 throughout our stay.

Epic resort, could not be a more perfect getaway! Staff make everything super easy and are extremely friendly.

I stayed at this hotel for about 5 days as a solo traveler. My stay was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed from the start to finish. I had the all-inclusive package and the food and drinks were excellent. One of my goals of international travel is to increase my understanding of local and regional cultures and I feel content on achieving this goal through their resort organized activities and discussions with resort staff. The island is easily explored and there's incredible snorkeling opportunities just off the beach.

We stayed in an oceanfront room, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the beautiful beach and ocean each day was an unforgettable experience. The staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The service could be a bit slow at times, but that's part of the charm of Fiji's relaxed "island time" atmosphere. Once you embrace the slower pace, it becomes part of the experience. The beach was stunning, with crystal-clear water and incredible scenery. The snorkeling was easily a 5 out of 5, offering amazing marine life and excellent visibility. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a truly memorable Fiji vacation.

We had a very nice experience. I read 1 star reviews and was a little surprised. I honestly think it comes down to preferences and perception. I do agree, this is not a 5 star resort. However, this is a lovely property with friendly service that is always available. We also really enjoyed the food, contrary to the negative reviews. The rooms were also comfortable and clean.

Amazing customer service and amazing hotel

What an amazing property to stay at! We were at this resort for 6 nights, staying in a Larger King Room with plunge pool. From the greetings upon our arrival to the poignant farewell, the staff at The Sheraton could not have been more fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful and amazing at their job. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and a haven to retreat to each night. Buffet breakfast each morning was delicious, plenty of options for lunch either at the bar or in the restaurant. Dinner options were a la carte in the Restaurant, nightly themed Feasts or delicious Indian food at Curcuma. Cocktails by the pool are to die for and I highly recommend the Mango Dacquiri. There are some minor maintenance things that could be attended to but nothing that affected our stay. We loved every minute staying here and can't wait for an opportunity to go back!

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff made our stay very pleasant. Loved the location and the resort vibes only negative is the food was hit and miss. Definitely would recommend this as a very special place to stay. The staff were so warm and amazing!
