Wonder accommodation for the price all staff very helpful and welcoming

Friendly & efficient staff who assisted with a very late check in & provided clean bed sheets so we could replace the stained ones. Pool was well maintained & great to cool down. Villa is old & tired looking. Humidity & moisture in the beds made for uncomfortable sleep. Aircon worked well. Didn't need to cook meals as huge selection of restaurants close by. Basic meals at the Villa's restaurant. Provided with complimentary bottled water daily. Close to the shops, markets, Seminyak Square, Sunset Beach, walk to Kuta.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the villas were good a little outdated. Water pressure was not the best and the pillows in our cilla were bot very comfortable

For a villa the property was fine. Breakfast was a disaster. If you do not eat there you will be good...

This place is amazing.. the staff their from reception to the kitchen staff and the clearners/maintenance staff are great every morning every single one would say good morning and make sure to make conversatiins where possible. These villas are exactly what you need after a long day out do activities to just come back and chill in your own villa. Also to the amazing ladys at the jas spa 100% would recommend going to them. I would definitely stay here again.

The propertly was lovely, we are pretty laid back though. The rooms are not exactly spotless but if you've been to Bali before you kind of know the standard is a bit low. Our kitchen and bathroom looks nice but everything is 1 use from falling apart. Lots of things were broken in our room however we loved the space and the pool. We would return but i think theres some nicer places for the same price. Also its very hard to communicate with the staff, so you need to be very patient and confirm everything over and over. Location isn't really walkable to anything you'll always need a bike or car. The restaurants food is below average so unless getting a beverage i wouldn't rely on eating here. I would return but i hope they really fix some things up.

It was indeed a lovely stay. Can’t wait to come back the stuff was absolutely lovely.

It was very dated and could of been cleaner. Very old furniture and bedding not that clean.
