Need more parking spots in the complex was a bit squashy

No hair dryer offered. Body wash/ shampoo located by the sink instead of the shower in 2nd bathroom. Purchased laundry detergent to wash a load of laundry dry and clothes smelled worse than before washing them when done. On flip side, big area to spread out with family, central location and good pool area. We would stay again but would bring extra needed items.

Very clean and a 2min walk to the esplanade and very peaceful surrounded by by lots of plants and a nice pool

Very basic but everything I needed. Good shower pressure, quality mattress. AC worked and kettle for coffee. Pool was good for post promenade run dip! Happy hour $7 beer and wine. What more do you want?!

Clean room, safe property and fantastic staff.

Good value - clean, big rooms, big bed - but in need of some refurbishment. Most annoying is the awful WiFi reception in the rooms, even using their admin host, and serious use has to be done in reception.

Clean rooms

We stayed in a family room, and the bedroom was clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the public pool and the marina, which made getting around very easy. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The bedroom could use a furniture refresh, and the TV was an older model rather than a smart TV. On the positive side, the room was very quiet, and we weren’t disturbed by any outside noise. The pool wasn’t particularly inviting, so we didn’t use it, and the breakfast buffet could be improved by offering a wider variety of food options. Overall, it’s a great budget hotel. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and well-located place to stay, this is a good choice.

I booked a three bedroom next to the pool and was lied to about some kind if plumbing issue and had ro be moved to a two bedroom a block back from the pool. The room stank like dust, mould and mildew upon walking in, plus the bathroom smelt like spew. Definitely not worth $390 p/n. Disappointed and pi$$ed off.
