FOH staff - not great - some staff are great and incredibly helpful and pleasant - but there are some who are rude - one server at the hotel
Bar did not want to provide me with a take away box claiming they did not have any. It’s generally a Great hotel and some of the staff are great but some really are either not nice to you or not nice to their coworkers ! Which is also sad to see. Will I return ? Probably not.

很好 hotel is directly on the beach ! it was the greatest part of the stay. I would've like to have a microwave in the room as well.

Rooms are clean and up to date. Hotel is small but accommodating for us as a couple.

This place was actually paradise. First of all, the breakfast was probably our favorite part of the whole stay. It was so yummy and very amazing. Our room was cleaned daily and staff was very helpful and accommodating with questions that we had. It was a very calm area and we loved being able to go into the ocean at anytime we wanted.

My stay was disappointing overall. I arrived around 8:30 p.m. and found the front desk closed, which was unexpected. Fortunately, a security staff member escorted me to my room.
The room itself is quite dated, with old furniture and worn finishes. The air conditioner was both noisy and struggled to keep the room comfortably cool.
I also found the restaurant photos to be misleading. They give the impression that the restaurant is located on the property, when in fact it is not.
On the positive side, the hotel is in a good location and the beach is very nice. However, the property itself feels more like a 1½-star hotel than what the photos and description suggest.
