The receptionist was really nice and helpful

Very tidy and cozy place

We used Fairly as a base to Lake Tekapo which is a 30 minute drive from Fairlie. The Pinewood is a short drive or 5 minute walk into town on the Tekapo road so was convenient. While accommodation is slightly dated, it is clean, well presented and was value for money. Our room had a relatively new split system air conditioner which provided good space heating. Staff were very good. The bathroom/toilet was clean and more spacious that I was expecting. On site parking is at the front door to each unit. We were pleased with our stay and would do so again if visiting the area.

The room really clean. Bathroom looks new and clean as well. When we arrive the heater already on which make the room warm and comfortable. Parking in the front of the unit which convenience. 10/10

Very convenient , comfortable, and clean. After booking got an email that we had to check in before 8 pm but we couldn’t message them through Expedia (and they didn’t give us the email to message through). Some road noise, so light sleepers should have ear plugs. Also additional cost is significant if you leave late or if you don’t wash and dry cups/plates, fyi.

Room was clean. Kitchen had everything you needed whilst there.

Well equipped, clean and modern room. The property is close to the main road so I'd recommend white noise or earplugs for when big trucks roll through town. The reception is only open limited times, so if you're expecting to arrive after 7pm you will need to phone them and provide a credit card, even if you've paid through Expedia.
