After we lost power this week, we needed a place to stay. They were very welcoming to our local family. The front desk person was concerned for our inconvenience of having to find a place to stay until our power was restored. The place was clean. Our room was comfortable and very quiet. Next time we have out of town visitors or we need a place to stay we will definitely contact them.

We were camping in the Poconos when a tornado struck the area, and we lost power for 3 days. We were frantically looking for a hotel in the area that would allow us to check in early. We called the Fairfield Inn, and they were so helpful!
We were able to check in around 10:00 AM and our room was perfect! They were definitely a "Port in the storm" for us!
