No one there during check in and room was not ready an hour after it was supposed to be. Loose tiles in the bathroom. Everything else fine though.

The room itself was ok but some patches on the walls were damaged and not repaired. But the checking in was horrible! I had to ring this number, then I got someone on the phone that demanded I tell her my credit card number or I wouldn’t be getting access to a locked box which has my key in it. There were other people in the room yet I still had to give them my number. I explained that the payment had already been done but she said she needed my number to verify or guarantee the payment. It was very hard to do and I told someone else to get out of the room so they couldn’t hear me hear my numbers . Very frustrating!!! I will never go back there again even though it was ok room. But I could have been overheard !!

Check in was poor & the beds need replacing. Unit clean & tidy

Room was a decent size, clean and tidy. Location was great for our stay.

Its the worst place i have ever stayed in. Payed for 4 nights left after 1 night. Would like a refund. Its so dirty and smells terrible.l have a lung condition ans could not breathe. Previous peoples rubbish still there plus no clean towels or kitchen cloths. Bedside lamp had no shade and a broken off prong on the plug. Kitchen chairs where fillfy dirty as where the bed covers. Cupboards musty. Toilet paper in the carpark and up the tree. No other roomso offered to clean . Noway could a clean get that smell out. No one at reception, have to ring a number to get the safe number to get your key. Just as well i had a friend with a phone. I left mine back in Australia.i could go on but i think you should have the idea.

Pros: Convenient Location: Only a 20-minute drive to the CBD and the airport, which is handy for travelers. Walking Distance to Shops: There is a large shopping mall just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to grab supplies or food. Cons: Severe Hygiene Issues: While the room looked clean on the surface, it was infested with fleas. After one night, me and my friend woke up with itchy bites and red bumps all over my body. This is a major health and safety concern. No On-site Staff: The front desk was completely unmanned. The service bell is useless as no one responds to it. Frustrating Check-in: You are forced to call a "remote" phone number provided on-site just to get your room key. It’s an unnecessarily complicated and cold process. Final Verdict: The convenience of the location does not justify the lack of basic hygiene and service.

Unfortunately our stay at Ellerslie Palms Motel was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned - the floor had clearly not been vacuumed and there were cobwebs in the corners of the room. The air conditioning unit was also leaking down the wall, which made the room feel poorly maintained. It was also surprising to find there are no staff on site at all, with the motel completely remotely managed. While remote check-in can work well, it does make it difficult to address issues when the room itself isn’t up to standard. Overall the room felt neglected and well below the level of cleanliness and upkeep you would expect when booking accommodation.

been staying here several times

Got back to the unit at night and everywhere was cockcroaches. Many generations of them. We tried to find staff to let them know but couldn't raise anyone.

there was no staff at reception and the cleaners had to help me with my room. they had to ring owner for help and advice
