A small handy place to rest for a few days. Neat view of the River Ness from our room! It was a VERY tight fit for the 2 of us and our luggage. Highly recommend including the breakfast - it’s a neat treat and gets you out of your room. PARKING / BAG MOVING is a pain - as it’s around the back of the property and you have to circle the block to come in through front. Still a positive experience… the location allowed us to walk to food (big recommend for Johnny Foxes and the. The Auctioneers for local food and culture).

Beautiful view, walkable to the centre of town. Staff were helpful.

Check in was smooth, appears the manager of the place does check in and serves breakfast, possibly cooks the breakfast. Place is very run down, bedding was clean but carpet is stained, and areas of building were extremely messy and cluttered. Breakfast was good, dining room clean. Grounds were also very unkept.

Nothing. The owners were not hospitable. Had a switch to turn on hot water for shower. . No bottles of water in room or ice available. Plastic under the sheets, that made you hot. Sheets came off bed. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

I had a very lovely stay. Phi and her Dad Moray were very kind and accommodating. The decor was so beautiful and homely and simply felt like you were visiting your family's house. ☺️. Breakfast was continental and there was plenty of variety but please don't expect a cooked Scottish breakfast. Attic single room was very cosy and comfortable and front garden was very pretty overlooking the River Ness! Highly recommend! Thank you Phi!!

Great location. Room was small and dated. Linen and towels were not great quality. Nice continental breakfast.

The host was friendly and welcoming. Easy walk to St. Andrew’s Cathedral and Inverness Castle.
